Big split-level deck

Our #JTResidentialDivision knocked out this big split-level deck over haul on a cabin in Franklin, KS! The project scope included:

• Complete demo of the old deck

• Removal and Re-use of old wrought iron railing

• Installation of all new deck posts, sub-structure, ledger boards, and flashing

• New 2nd level balcony structure and posts

• All new composite decking

• New stairs and black lattice

• Fabrication and Modification to re-install old wrought iron railing
