The #JTResidential crew has been hard at it on this demo and reconstruction project.

After roof shoring was complete, we demo'd the framing and floor out from under the gazebo and poured back a new wood plank stamped concrete floor. We will be installing new posts, wall framing, siding to bring it back to life!

We have also demo'd the fence on the rock wall and began coring the old posts out of the wall. The wall will get a new re-vitalized fence built on it with steel posts and wood pickets.
